- Support the students of the Margaret More Centre (MMC) so they reach a position in which they are ready to engage in the learning process.
- Collaborate with staff and external providers to provide consistent support for students living with a disability.
- Support teachers in the maintenance of a positive learning environment.
- Assist with the care of students on excursions, sports days, work experience and other classroom activities, which may include personal care.
